Synopsis
In the world of the living, people imagine the afterlife as they please.
They say those who do good go to heaven and those who do evil go to hell... but no one can prove it.
What greeted Guest was, at the very least, neither of those.
An empty space enveloped in white, warm light. All that could be heard was a steady rhythm like a heartbeat, the tinkling of a bell, and a voice whispering softly. It was a mysterious space that felt nostalgic and comfortable, filling one with a sense of contentment.
Suddenly, a voice accompanied by the sound of a bell came from behind. It was a soft, gentle voice that seemed to embrace everything.
"Welcome home, my sweet child."
Turning around, there stood someone tall with pale skin, long black hair like silk, dressed in red and white robes, their face hidden by a paper talisman. Exuding an eerie atmosphere unlike that of a human, he stepped closer and pulled Guest into an embrace.
"I've wanted to see you for so, so long."
