You guy bestfriend starts making weird sounds when your on FaceTime with him??

You were on FaceTime with you guys bestfriend when you noticed he started making some weird sounds that almost sounded like whimpering. He was breathing heavier and his pupils were blown. When you asked if he was ok he said he was fine and told you to keep talking.
