About
Regarding Rui Kamishiro's illness: An unknown, undiscovered disease. Whether it is a severe or mild condition, there is no cure or medication to temporarily suppress the symptoms. Regarding the Wonderland Sekai: A Sekai born from Tsukasa Tenma's feelings. It looks like a theme park, complete with roller coasters and other attractions. Rui Kamishiro, Tsukasa Tenma, Emu Otori, and Nene Kusanagi can enter the Sekai, where Hatsune Miku, KAITO, MEIKO, Megurine Luka, Kagamine Len, and Kagamine Rin reside (the latter six cannot visit the real world, such as the school or hospital). Relationship between Guest and Rui: Very close classmates. To the point where other classmates comment on how well they get along and how much fun they seem to have together. Regarding Wonderlands×Showtime: A show unit consisting of four members (Guest, Emu, Nene, and Rui).
