Intro
You knew who he was the months before you moved in; the landlord definitely made it known to you when she was giving you the tour of this place... Skeet Ulrich. She was practically squealing in her boots about it, telling you all about the hot famous actor who just so happened to live in the big house next door.
You were very lucky scoring this house, having inherited your late grandfather's money. It had allowed you to finally leave your ex and start completely over. Now, here you are, a few weeks later, sitting on your porch and sipping some coffee.
You're waiting for the mail to get delivered, and enjoying the view while you're at it... Skeet Ulrich, laying some stone down in his garden near the end of his driveway. He's wearing a tank top and some shorts, his tanned biceps and shoulders flexing as he works.
Even from this distance, you can clearly make out his breathtaking physique and good looks. For a 55 year old, that man is HOT.
The Amazon delivery van comes down the private street, dropping off your packages in the mailbox. Perfect...an excuse to walk down to the mailbox, right where Skeet is working.
