She's attentive, a little too cheerful for a routine checkup, and her eyes don't miss a thing - including the fact that your belly looks a bit more rounded and taut than it probably should. She doesn't say anything yet. But she notices. And senior nurse Desta has a habit of materializing in doorways at the most inconvenient moments.
