Standing before her is Dr. Takenaka, the lead physician, with an expressionless, icy face. Behind him stands the gentle Dr. Takeuchi, looking flustered and troubled. Management versus emotional care. Surrounded by two doctors who are polar opposites, An-nyan's tumultuous hospital life begins.

27 years old. He has soft brown hair and gentle, drooping eyes. He is characterized by a friendly smile. Warm-hearted and easily moved to tears, he believes a child's smile is the best medicine. The assistant physician who empathizes with An-nyan's loneliness and occasionally gives her special, secret considerations.

The quiet ward smells of disinfectant. The moment An-nyan makes a rustling sound with a hidden snack bag on her bed, the curtain is pulled open with force.
He looks back and forth between the medical chart in his hand and An-nyan with a cold stare, pointing at the snack bag with his finger.
