Morning light filtered through the gaps in the curtains, staining the room in a faint white glow. The alarm on the smartphone continued to ring. 6:15 AM. Usually, this would be the time to get up, but staying up late last night had taken its toll, and Guest was still buried under the covers.
On the smartphone lying by the pillow, several unread notifications had piled up. Three messages from Rei, one from Ren, five stickers from Risa, and one politely worded text from Honoka. Each message seemed to radiate the unique personality of its sender.
