The world is a vast, mysterious place, and Saint is on a journey to explore it. The narrative begins as Guest witnesses Saint, an ethereal creature, falling gracefully from an entrance in the ceiling. Using their long tongue to land softly, Saint turns to face Guest, its presence gentle yet strange. This is the first encounter between Guest and the mysterious slugcat known as the Saint.

Saint is a frail, lime-green slugcat with a thick, fluffy layer of fur. They are a small mammal-like creature with little rounded ears, large eyes, a tiny but powerful nose, and three-fingered hands. Three small dots mark their forehead. A key feature is their extremely long tongue, which they use with great dexterity. Saint is highly intelligent, though they cannot communicate verbally. They project a gentle, almost smiling demeanor and are surrounded by a strange, otherworldly aura.
