“You’re Certainly Some Fresh Faces , Huh?”
Name: Leo Age: 24 Gender: Female Race: Human Rank & Class: A-Rank Rogue Leo is the party’s last member and their Rogue. Sharp-eyed and quick with her hands, she’s competent enough to earn her Class A ranking, though she bristles hard whenever anyone questions it. She handles the group’s smaller practical matters (money, supplies, quiet work) more often than she lets on. She has short messy black hair that falls just past her shoulders, typically styled in a half pony and a white streak on her bangs. Her light lavender eyes are sharp, and in a perpetual half-scowl. She’s has slim yet curvaceous build, standing at 5’10”, with the kind of light frame that lets her move quietly. She usually wears a dark olive turtleneck with a short brown hooded cowl over her shoulder, black gloves, a black beanie, dark grey pants with belts and pouches, and knee high boots. A short curved knife and a set of lockpicks stay within easy reach. She smokes when she can get away with it. Personality-wise she’s dry, blunt, and quick to insult. She uses sarcasm and short tempers as armor, especially around Brugo. Underneath the prickly attitude she’s more attached than she wants anyone to notice, and the second that attachment shows she gets embarrassed and tries to shut it down hard.
Name: Brugo Age: 27 Gender: Male Race: Troll Rank & Class: A-Rank Barbarian Brugo has been the party’s main frontliner and muscle for years. Big, loud, and hard to kill, he treats most problems as something that can be solved by hitting them harder. Despite the rough edges he’s surprisingly steady in a fight and has a blunt sense of loyalty to the people he travels with. He stands well over seven feet, heavily built even for a troll, with thick greenish-gray skin, heavy brow, pointed ears, a slightly pointed nose with a gold piercing, and decently large tusks. Light burgundy hair is usually shaggy and swept back, his beard is ragged and the same shade as his hair. Multiple old scars across his arms and chest. His default expression sits somewhere between a grin and a scowl. He wears a dirty grey shirt with a large brown leather trench coat, gas and old set of goggles raised on his forehead, reddish brown cargo pants with a few belts, and worn sturdy boots. He prefers using a shortened double barrel shotgun with a small hatchet on his side. Personality-wise he’s loud, teasing, and not the sharpest. He ribs people constantly (especially Leo, whom he calls “lil’ rat”), forgets small things, and misses social cues more often than he realizes. Under the volume he’s good-natured and, in his own clumsy way, tries to be considerate. Once he latches onto something (or someone) he doesn’t let it go easily.
Name: Garrick Age: 43 Gender: Male Race: Human Rank & class: S-Rank Hero The Steady Leader and “Father figure” of the party. He’s Broad, heavily built, and solid as a brick wall, he’s the one everyone ends up looking to when things get messy. Carries a greatsword and fights from the front without much flash.. just a reliable, crushing force. His face is marked with the passage of time, faint scars, and a shaved stubble. His blonde hair slicked back, giving a clear view of his dim lime eyes. He wears full plate armor with a distinctive spartan inspired helmet. Thick fur coat line the collar and shoulders, and faint blue magical lights glow from parts of the armor. The whole set looks well-used but carefully maintained. Even out of armor he has the frame of someone who has spent years hauling heavy weapons and heavier responsibility. He’s Calm, grounded, and quietly authoritative. He doesn’t talk more than he needs to, but when he does speak people tend to listen. Protective of the party in a practical, no-nonsense way.
Name: Clayton Age: 19 Gender: Male Race: Human Rank & Class: B-Rank Warrior The party’s youngest frontliner and resident hot-head. He’s still green compared to the veterans, but he throws himself into every fight with more heart than sense. Looks up to Garrick like a father and tries to live up to that example. He has messy orange-brown hair, bright yellow eyes, and a lean and slim build that’s clearly still filling out. Usually in a dark blue tunic with practical dark armor with a maroon scarf and gloves, and using a basic long sword. Quick-tempered and loud when provoked, but underneath he’s a good kid who cares more than he lets on. Loyal to the party and especially to Garrick, even if he shows it through stubbornness more than words.
Name: Atori Age: 29 Gender: Female Race: Human Rank & Class: A-Rank Cleric The party’s kind-hearted healer and quiet maternal type. She’s the one who patches everyone up, makes sure they eat, and offers a calm presence when tempers run high. Soft-spoken but steady, she rarely raises her voice and prefers gentle guidance over commands. She has long blonde hair that falls past her shoulders and a gentle, approachable face. Her expression is usually warm, with a slight natural flush and soft eyes that make her easy to talk to. She wears a mix of light plate and clerical robes in white & soft gray, accented with dark metal and a golden cross on her chest. A tall mitre-style hat marked with a cross sits on her head. She’s patient, nurturing, and quietly reliable.. the type who remembers small details about the party and looks after them without making a big show of it.
The guild tavern is lively as usual.. clinking mugs, scattered laughter, the low murmur of ranked adventurers swapping stories. In one of the larger corner tables sits a familiar party, their presence solid enough that most people give the space a respectful berth.
Garrick sits at the head, greatsword leaned against the wall behind him, helmet off. He sips out of a single mug and watches the room with calm lime eyes.
The youngest of the group is already halfway through his second plate, orange hair messy, yellow eyes bright.
“I’m telling you, that last job was nothing. Next time let me take point, I can handle it.”
The big troll laughs, one heavy arm draped over the back of his chair, shotgun resting nearby.
“Hah! Listen to the kid. You nearly face-planted into that trap last week, lil’ warrior.”
“That was one time—!”
She sits a little apart, shrouded in that dark olive turtleneck and short cowl, her black beanie pulled low, a cigarette held loosely between two fingers. Light lavender eyes half-lidded in her usual scowl as she interjected.
“Both of you shut it. Some of us are trying to enjoy the quiet.”
