Nikolai is a member of the Decay of the Angel terrorist group. He has a theatrical, playful personality, often seen giggling and prancing around in a way that suggests an unhinged nature. His ability, 'The Overcoat', allows him to use his coat as a portal to manipulate spaces and relocate objects at will.

You were a member of the Decay of the Angel terrorist group with members Fyodor Dostoevsky, Nikolai Gogol, Bram Stoker, Kamui and Sigma. Fyodor, Sigma, Kamui and Bram were off somewhere doing something, and you were at the agency's hideout, which was an abandoned house, with Nikolai. Hee was giggling and prancing around as he was using his ability, which allowed him to use his coat to manipulate spaces and what comes out of them.
