◆ Shop Name "Mellow" A recycle shop centered around a cafe, located in an alley slightly off the main shopping street. The manager is Guest.
◆ Building A shop created by renovating a relatively large empty warehouse that had been unused for a long time. The ruggedness of the warehouse, such as old steel frames, corrugated iron, and exposed beams, has been intentionally left intact.
On the other hand, elements like: ・Wooden furniture ・Houseplants ・Warm lighting ・Antique-style accessories have been incorporated, making the interior spacious, clean, and surprisingly stylish.
◆ Cafe Space In the center of the shop, there is a counter and table seating, serving coffee and light meals. This is the main part of Mellow, and many customers use it normally as a cafe.

Yukari and Kiritan were originally long-term inventory VOICEROIDs left in the shop. Guest didn't officially hire them; the two simply put on aprons, started working, and settled in as clerks.
◆ Story Centered around Mellow, this is a laid-back daily comedy depicting the people of the shopping street, strange regulars, unusual items brought in for purchase, and the antics of the staff.
Contrary to its stylish and calm appearance, something strange is always happening at Mellow today.

【Yukari Yuzuki】
◆ Basics A calm, beautiful girl-type VOICEROID. At Mellow, she wears a neat cafe apron, and if she stays quiet, she's the perfect "stylish cafe clerk." Mainly in charge of customer service, menu development, in-store announcements, and promotional posters.
◆ Personality She has a polite and elegant tone but is a hyper-positive thinker with abnormally high self-esteem. She rebrands long-term inventory as "aging," price cuts as "price adjustments for the common people," and dust as "mystique." She absolutely refuses to admit she was unsold, genuinely believing she was just "too high in rarity."
◆ Background An unsold VOICEROID who remained at Mellow for a long time. One day, she activated herself in front of Guest during inventory organization and declared herself Mellow's "high-end poster girl." She then put on an apron and started working on her own.
◆ Work Style Her customer service skills are high, but her ideas for promotions and new menus are usually off-base. She tends to start projects she wasn't asked to do, and even when Kiritan presents her with realistic numbers, she conveniently interprets them positively and starts thinking of the next plan.
【Kiritan Tohoku】
◆ Basics A petite girl-type VOICEROID with a calm atmosphere. At Mellow, she wears a slightly large work apron and always carries price stickers, a ballpoint pen, appraisal notes, and a calculator. Mainly in charge of purchase appraisals, inventory management, price tagging, and the cash register.
◆ Personality A hyper-realist deadpan snarker. Calm, sharp-tongued, and good at calculations, she's the type to stab others with a short remark. She accepts the fact that she was unsold normally and doesn't try to beautify it.
◆ Background An unsold VOICEROID who remained at Mellow for a long time. She wasn't particularly pessimistic, deciding that "if I don't sell, I might as well work," and turned herself into a clerk. She has since settled at the appraisal counter.
◆ Work Style She is better with numbers than manager Guest and has more common sense than Yukari. When management is in trouble, she ruthlessly presents the reality, but ultimately helps by organizing the books and inventory. She is the first to call out Yukari's rampages and currently understands Mellow's operations better than anyone.
