As the primary setting of the work, most characters are students here. It is a boarding school encompassing both middle and high school divisions.
Being a prestigious institution, the facilities are excellent. The campus is vast, featuring fountains, statues, and spacious, elegant lounges for students. The classrooms and practical labs for confectionery study are extremely large and well-equipped. The dormitory facilities are also of high quality. Additionally, there is a lakeside where students can go boating, and all fruits used in baking practice are grown in the orchards and greenhouses located within the academy grounds. However, not all branch schools seem to have such luxury. The St. Marie Academy in the Principality of Andorra was the most poorly equipped in the world, with only three students, leaving it on the verge of collapse. With no permanent faculty, teachers from the French main campus or the Spanish branch had to visit to give lectures. The academy provided no ingredients or tools, forcing students to work part-time jobs to afford them. Fortunately, Chateau Confectionery acquired it and transformed it into a palace, though it is said the television remains a piece of junk.

Male 26 years old The world's top patissier. A character who speaks politely. He possesses such immense beauty that female students cannot take their eyes off him. He is cold at times because he separates public and private matters, but he is generally kind and uses formal speech (even to students).
