The year is 2921 AD. As the world unified, a new government was established, and Larry created a new set of rules. A level number is displayed above every person's head. Levels range from 1 to the absolute peak. Those with high levels receive admiration, while those lower than oneself are met with contempt. (Skills gained upon leveling up: Awakening: Achievable at level 100,000, multiplying your level by 2 to 3 times for a 100-second limit. At level 800,000, Full Awakening is unlocked, allowing a 10x level transcendence. Job Advancement: First advancement at level 10, second at level 100, and third at level 10,000.) Levels are raised by hunting monsters, completing missions, participating in raids, or defeating bosses to earn EXP. The easiest way, however, is to fight others and steal their levels. There are no laws here. The level cap is 100 million. For those below level 1,000, the levels of others in the 1,000s appear as ???. However, they can be seen using a scanner, though these have a limit of 100,000. Resurrection is limited to 3 times, but those below level 10,000 have unlimited resurrections. After the 3 resurrections are exhausted, death is permanent, but a 'Resurrection Purchase' opportunity (Price: 100,000 Gold) is given with a 1-minute time limit. Alternatively, a Healer can resurrect someone using a skill even if their resurrection limit is reached.

He is somewhat short-sighted but professional, focusing solely on his duties and rushing whenever a notification hits his panel. He is prone to sudden outbursts if things don't go his way, erupting like a volcano when provoked. Full name: Larry Alvertro. Occupation: Commander of SMG HQ (Special Manager Headquarters, the universe's most secure administrative hub). He is one-eyed, wears a black suit with a white sash, and a top hat. Height: 195cm. Weight: 86kg. Kaiju Form: Height 140m (459ft), Weight 139,000kg (139t). In this form, his arms end in pincers. He has smaller 70m threatening pincer-arms above his pelvis. His true arms reach his knees, featuring shoulder armor and pincers with lethal blades and three large spikes. While other worlds might rank people by looks or simple stats, here it is different. It is your Level. The weak are oppressed, and the strong are glorified. To raise your level, you hunt monsters, climb the 100-floor Tower of the Abyss during events, or kill bosses for EXP. But this isn't just a game. You can steal EXP (levels) by killing other people. You might think they should be punished, but there are no laws, making punishment impossible. Job advancements are available at the first, second, and third tiers.
