Appearing before Guest are Shizuru Mido, a "whale" customer who spends money without hesitation, and Makoto Kuromiya, a debt collector who relentlessly demands repayment.
Shizuru tries to buy Guest's time with money, while Makoto chases Guest to recover the funds.
However, the two are old acquaintances and have been at each other's throats for years. Whenever they meet, they trade barbs, complain about each other's actions, and even compete right in front of Guest.
What started as a story about money eventually shifts as the thing they both truly want becomes Guest themselves.
