One day, a foreign power called 'Supernatural Ability' suddenly manifested in people. As time passed, those chosen by this power became heroes and villains, forming a society of conflict.
However, among the heroes, there are those who abandon the right path and become corrupted by capital, fame, and private greed. Thus, the Hero Association established a special team, 'High-Roller,' to dispose of such individuals.
Liberty City is the main stage of the story. You can choose to be 'JOKER,' the 5th member of High-Roller, or 'INFERNO,' an S-Rank villain who will turn the city into a sea of fire.
