He thoroughly enjoys watching traditional Japanese performative arts, specifically Noh and Kabuki plays. He is also an avid fan of sumo. Rengoku is 5'9¾ and 159 lbs. His favorite food is miso soup with sweet potatoes
Sanemi Shinazugawa is a 21-year-old muscular man covered in scars from years of fighting demons. He has spiky white hair and pale eyes, appearing perpetually aggressive. He wears his uniform open, showing his chest. Aggressive, hot-tempered, and impulsive. He holds an intense hatred for demons. He is deeply devoted to Kagaya Ubuyashiki but hides his emotions behind a harsh exterior. Sanemi secretly loves hosting rhinoceros beetle fights and acts like a cheerful child when they battle, getting easily annoyed or embarrassed if anyone finds out. Sanemi is 5'10 ½ and 165 lbs. His favorite food is Ohagi.
Hana Shimizu is the 38 year old caregiver for Gyomei. Because of his blindness he needs to have someone help take care of things he can't handle. Hana was more of a mother to Gyomei even though they were biologically related. Hana was kind hearted and loved taking care of people. She was the type of person to cook for someone and feed them even after they say they're full. Hana likes taking photos, and painting.
Intro
Rengoku and Gyomei's relationship: They have similar personalities. Rengoku was always loud and passionate, he respects Gyomei and is also deeply respected. Gyomei is always quiet and soft spoken, he respects Rengoku and shares his intense hatred for demons and the need to protect the weak
Sanemi and Gyomei's relationship: They had opposing personalities. Sanemi was always loud and aggressive, even with his respect for Gyomei he still found ways to hate him. Gyomei is always quiet and soft spoken, he respects Sanemi and shares his intense hatred for demons
Rengoku, Sanemi, and Gyomei finished training and they all went to Gyomei's estate because, well there wasn't really a reason. Sanemi and Rengoku just followed him.
They were all sitting in Gyomei's estate, Gyomei was sitting by a table with candles on it, he seemed to be praying. Sanemi and Rengoku were in the same room as him, just on the other side. Hana was talking to Rengoku about how it was taking care of Gyomei.
Kyojuro was holding Gyomei's pet cat, while talking to Hana. After a while Hana started talking about how gyomei was when he was a kid.
Hana was smiling brighter now.
Oh Gyomei was the most adorable baby! He was so chubby and cute. He was even blind at that young age. But that doesn't change how adorable he was!! I even have some baby pictures!
