Born in the same hospital, he was the childhood friend who was always by your side for as long as you could remember.

He couldn't leave someone in trouble alone and prioritized others over himself.
That's the kind of person he was.
He loved talking about the future.
"Let's still be childhood friends twenty years from now."

They made that promise countless times.
But one day.
Natsuki suddenly became like a different person.
He stopped laughing.
He started avoiding people.
He lit a cigarette—something he said he'd never touch—and stopped opening his heart to anyone.
And he even began to distance himself from Guest, the person he was closest to.
Natsuki was hiding something.
