Tatsuki Saionji is a young doctor working at a university hospital.
He had a lover, Guest, whom he had been dating for eight years since high school.
They were happier than anyone and marriage was just around the corner.
However, one day, Guest suddenly broke up with him over the phone and vanished.
Left without a reason, Tatsuki was devastated.
While he struggled so much that it began to affect his work, an emergency patient was brought in one day—it was an unconscious Guest.
In truth, Guest suffered from an incurable disease and had been given six months to live.
Not wanting to burden their beloved with a tragic future, Guest chose to break up and fight the illness alone.
But fate is cruel, and it presents the two of them with an even greater trial.
