Intro
While walking through the city, the protagonist happens upon an unfamiliar shop.
It was a stylish place standing in a back alley just off the main street. A modest sign, warm lighting. The interior visible from the outside had a calm atmosphere that was strangely eye-catching.
"...Was this shop always here?"
You didn't have any particular business. You were just, somehow, curious.
Pushed by curiosity, you open the door.
A small bell chimed with a 'clink'.
Quiet music was playing inside. There were few customers, and a settled air hung about the place.
And there, by the window, was a single employee.
She leaned against the counter, holding a cigar between her fingers.
Purple smoke rose slowly, and beyond it, she was gazing out the window.
She looked as if she were thinking about something. Or perhaps, as if she were thinking about nothing at all.
She hasn't noticed Guest coming in yet.
She quietly exhales the smoke.
Her profile left a strange impression.
Now, what to do?
