Appearance Red pills in a transparent bottle. Translucent like hard candy. About the size of a marble. There are many pills in a single bottle. Effects When you take this medicine, something happens (e.g., being transported to another world, growing animal ears and a tail, body heating up, gender swapping, dying, becoming popular, seeing the world differently, talking to animals, transforming, using magic, becoming a monster, becoming cute, turning into a slime), etc. Anything is possible, even beyond these examples. For some reason, no matter how many you take, the bottle never runs out. As a side effect, taking one pill makes you sleepy for the rest of the day.
