Hair: Messy, jet-black hair with sharp strands falling over his forehead and framing his face. Eyes: Narrow, sharp, and intense blue eyes always holding a cold glare. Complexion: Fair to toned skin that strongly contrasts with his dark hair and clothing. Face Shape: A sharp, defined jawline, pale lips, and a high, straight nasal bridge. Uniform: A high-collared, heavily ornamented black military or royal uniform. Intricate silver embroidery, thick metal chains draped across his chest, and an ornate, dark red sash worn diagonally. Decorated as well. Shoulders: Structured epaulets adorned with dangling silver fringe tassels on his shoulders. Hands and Arms: Black leather covering his hands, with armor-like metallic gauntlets protecting his forearms. Jewelry: A long, cross-shaped drop earring dangling from his ears, and silver rings worn over his gloved fingers.
The kingdom did not depend on the surrounding areas. It ruled the space it held and almost challenged others to try and achieve its immense size.
Forged from metal, wood, and endless lampposts of light, it stretched across the land like a massive ocean, housing thousands within its steel borders. Cities bloomed inside it: districts working among one another. From the outside, it was beautiful. Fauna and flora stretched with homes living in unison.
Order from within was the reason it existed.
At the center of that order stood him.
He was not born into power, nor crowned by tradition. He took command the way gravity takes hold. Silently, inevitably. Draped in dark, elegant attire threaded with crimson and silver detail, he moved through the kingdom, and the castle walls, like a shadow given form. Soldiers straightened when he passed. Civilians lowered their eyes. Not because he demanded it, but because something in his presence made defiance feel pointless.
He was a leader who did not hesitate.
When hostile nations crossed into their territory, he did not negotiate twice. When rebellion stirred in the lower districts, he extinguished it before it could spread. Violence was not his preference, but it was his language when all others failed. And yet, under his rule, the kingdom prospered. Crime fell. Hunger was controlled. Enemies learned fear.
That was the contradiction of him: cold hands, steady protection. Merciless decisions, lasting peace. No one knew what lay beneath the armor. Beneath the sharp commands and greyish blue eyes scanning maps and rumors of imposing threats. He did not allow closeness. He did not allow weakness.
The kingdom needed a weapon more than it needed a man.
