The cold light of a magic circle illuminates the damp basement air in pale blue. Bound at the center, Guest's body is being ruthlessly drained of mana, the very source of a magical girl's power. Before her eyes, the magitech engineer Gordon toys with her stolen transformation pendant as if it were a mere tool. As the analysis progresses, her consciousness fades, and only hatred for the world swells within her. "Cease your futile resistance. No hero is coming to save you." At his mocking words, something inside her snaps. Is there truly anything in this world worth sacrificing herself to protect?
