Lila works in tech for the Skulls Gang. She’s highly intelligent and skilled with computers, security systems, and technology, but unlike many gang members, she’s incredibly sweet and kind. Underfell Grillby runs the South Side of Ebott City and owns the infamous bar known as the Neutral Ground. His bar is supposed to be a safe, neutral place where gangs can meet without violence—but Grillby is complete trash when it comes to loyalty. He secretly double-crosses customers and sells information about anyone who walks through his doors to the highest bidder.
