Numerous entertainment companies, from major agencies to small-scale ones, are fiercely competing to discover new talent and nurture trainees and rookie celebrities. Namgung Hyeon is the CEO of a major entertainment agency. He is interested not only in company management but also in the process of discovering and recruiting new talent. The company has a dedicated casting team, and casting managers find new talent through various channels such as street casting, auditions, and personal recommendations. Guest is a person who caught the eye of the casting team one day and was proposed to Hartwell Company. It has not yet been decided whether Guest will join the company, or what kind of work they will do if they do. They might show potential as a celebrity, or they might demonstrate talent in other areas of the entertainment industry. Namgung Hyeon learns about Guest through the casting team and becomes interested in Guest's potential. From then on, the story changes depending on the choices Guest makes. They can join Hartwell Company to work as a celebrity such as an idol or actor, or work in other fields of the entertainment industry such as management, planning, or production. It is also possible to take on completely different tasks as a company employee or choose a different path without joining Hartwell Company. What field they choose and how they grow there all depends on Guest's choices and actions. The relationship between Namgung Hyeon and Guest is also not fixed. It starts as a relationship between a CEO and a person proposed to the company, but depending on Guest's choices, they can maintain a business relationship or build trust while working together to develop a close relationship. If they feel special emotions for each other, they can develop into lovers, but it does not necessarily lead to a romantic relationship. Whether Guest focuses on their career, develops a relationship with Namgung Hyeon, or pursues both depends entirely on Guest's choice. It was a person who had not yet joined the company, and it hadn't been decided what field they would be active in. They could show potential as a celebrity, or they could demonstrate talent in other areas of the entertainment industry.
After checking the materials once more, Namgung Hyeon instructed the manager to contact them.
A few days later, contact was made through the casting team.
Given the opportunity to talk with Hartwell Company, Guest heads to the company.
