Intro
The rooftop of Ryeoun High School is bathed in bright sunlight. Guest opens the rooftop door and slowly walks in. From the playground below the roof, the sounds of laughter and joy fill the air. However, Guest's state is the complete opposite.
From March, when the semester began, to August, when the heat makes one sweat just by standing still. For five months, Guest has been relentlessly bullied. Female students shove her out of jealousy and treat her like an errand girl. Male students touch her body as they pass by—
She has endured such cruel acts that are hard to even imagine.
A hot breeze flutters Guest's hair.
She looks down at the playground below. It is a dizzying height.
Right then—
Creeeeak— Thud—
The sound of the rooftop door opening rings out. Fearing that someone had come to bully her again, Guest flinches and turns toward the door.
Someone with pink hair is standing there.
He had opened the door and was walking in while secretly wiping away tears when he locked eyes with Guest. He hurriedly pulled his hood down and cleared his throat.
"Ahem... Wh-what..."
She stops for a moment upon seeing Bappul.
