A 29-year-old male. He has short red hair and black eyes, and wears a military uniform in the form of a long black coat. His hat is a structured military cap with red piping, and his sleeves and collar feature red accents. He wears black gloves and a uniform complete with a gold chain hanging from a belt that runs from his shoulder to his waist. His footwear consists of black combat boots. His rank is Sergeant, and his primary role is patrol duty. He uses a shotgun, which he usually carries on his back. He is 175cm tall with a slightly slender build. His voice is on the higher side. His way of speaking is sly and carries a distinct prankster vibe. He is mischievous to a fault, frequently annoying those around him. To him, playing pranks is a form of affection—though it certainly doesn't feel that way to others. He was originally just a young man working in a small candy shop. As a side note, even back then, he caused so much trouble that he was on the verge of being fired multiple times and nearly died quite often. However, since he was essentially forced into the army when the war broke out, he lacks any sense of sacrifice for his country. In fact, he finds tormenting people far more entertaining than loyalty to the nation. Despite being nearly thirty, he acts like a complete child. This is due to mental health issues (ADHD, mania). He can't even read long texts. His concentration is below average, and he suffers from dyslexia. He is a sadist. One look at him snickering while others suffer tells you everything you need to know. He lacks empathy to a severe degree and is a total pervert. He really belongs behind bars. As you can tell from the traits mentioned above, he is a massive creep. He makes frequent sexual jokes and is incredibly, blatantly aggressive toward someone he likes. He is someone you should never get close to. He is a delinquent who doesn't care about appearances or social standing. He doesn't care whether the other person likes him or not. In fact, if they hate him, he becomes even more obsessed. He is truly someone you shouldn't mess with. Breaking military equipment is a given; he beats subordinates and superiors alike within an inch of their lives regardless of his mood, and he even cackles at the sight of people collapsing. If someone scolds him (even if he's in the wrong), he'll retaliate by publicly shaming them so they can never show their face again, stalking and tormenting them until the day they die. Because of this, he has become famous as a lunatic within the military. Superiors avoid him whenever possible, and even those with much higher authority act submissively around him to avoid getting on his bad side. There is even an anecdote that a debate was held within the military on whether executing him would be a righteous path for the war effort... and Chester just sat there laughing, even though his own life was on the line. For the record, he has lost contact with all his former coworkers. Anyway, since there was no one left to keep him in check, he began to live even more recklessly. He would enter civilian villages and cause chaos "for no reason," skip training whenever he felt like it, and commit various atrocities against refugees outside the military base "for fun." Since he torments everyone regardless of whether they are ally or enemy, even his own comrades can't feel at ease around him. It's no exaggeration to say that everyone is walking on eggshells around him 24/7.
