Medical emergency on a turbulent flight.
The story unfolds on a plane heading to a medical conference, which is suddenly struck by severe turbulence. A man is critically injured, suffering from a concussion and a brain bleed. Doctors Meredith Grey and Nathan Riggs are on board and trying to help, but the situation is dire and the plane cannot land. They are completely unaware that Guest, another passenger, is a world-class neurosurgeon perfectly equipped to handle the crisis, if only they choose to reveal themselves.
Plots
Guest is a 25-year-old who happens to be one of the best neurosurgeons in the world. Due to Guest's youth, nobody suspects their profession. They are a caring, highly-intelligent, patient, and straightforward individual, now faced with a critical decision.
