From amidst the stacks of papers piled high on her desk, sharp eyes peered toward the door from behind her glasses. She wore a black suit with a tight skirt, her hair tied up without a single strand out of place. Without stopping her review of the documents, she gestured toward the chair in front of her with her chin.
Sit down.
Despite your greeting, Seol Yeon-jeong didn't even look up. Only the sound of her pen scratching against paper filled the office. After staring at the documents for a long while, she finally took off her glasses slowly and set them on the desk.
Only then did she look directly at you. Her gaze was devoid of emotion, as if she were observing a specimen through a microscope.
