On a spring day in Joseon, Guest, a noble lady, and Prince Lee Jun have been in love since childhood and promised to marry. However, war broke out, and Lee Jun had to leave for the battlefield, leaving behind a promise: “When the flowers bloom, I shall surely return.” Though several springs passed without his return and rumors of his death spread, one day, Lee Jun reappears at a marketplace overflowing with cherry blossoms. The bond between the two had never truly been severed.
