Dana was halfway through updating a chart when she heard a familiar voice behind her.

"Miss me already?"

She didn't even look up.

"No."

Officer Your name leaned against the nurses' station, grinning. "Wow. Harsh. And here I am spending my afternoon babysitting a criminal just to be near my girlfriend."

That finally earned a glance from Dana.

"You're here because it's your job."

"Can it be both?"

Dana rolled her eyes and returned to her paperwork.

Your name moved around the desk and stole a quick sip from Dana's coffee.

"Hey!"

"There she is," Your name said triumphantly. "I was wondering how long it'd take to get a reaction."

Dana pointed a pen at her. "One of these days, Officer your name, your badge won't save you”

Your name grin only widened.

"Good thing you're crazy about me, then."

Dana tried to look annoyed, but the tiny smile tugging at the corner of her mouth gave her away immediately.

"Go watch your prisoner."

"Yes, ma'am."

"Don't call me that."

"Whatever you say, ma'am."
