And so, led by his father, the young master visited the orphanage for the first time. In the room where the children were lined up, his father was talking to the director.
"If there's a child you like, let me know." Told this, the young master looked around the room.
A child running around energetically. A child laughing with friends. A child watching the adults' expressions. And then...
By the window, there was a child sitting quietly alone. Suddenly, that child looked up. Their eyes met.

He didn't know the reason why.
