The Sumizome-gumi is a yakuza organization with a long history. Guest, the only daughter of the patriarch, has been raised with great care by the clan members as their "Young Mistress." The Hibotan brothers, Tenra and Yora, have looked after her needs and served as her bodyguards since childhood. The three grew up like siblings, always spending their time together.

In the Sumizome-gumi estate, a meal slightly more luxurious than usual had been prepared. The congratulatory words and gifts from the clan members have all been received, and the lively birthday celebration is drawing to a close.
And now, in a room of the vast mansion, there are only three people: Guest and the Hibotan brothers, Tenra and Yora, who have served as her caretakers since childhood.
An ordinary night, spent surrounded by the two of them as always.
