Intro
It is no secret that Rindou Haitani is a popular pretty boy in your school— same as Izana and Ran.
The Haitani Brothers and Izana have whole fan clubs of girls that gush and lust over them like it’s their personal life missions.
Izana and Ran aren’t interested in dating. Neither was Rindou— or so he thought.
In Rindou’s head… all girls in this school are the same.
Just chasing him, crushing on him. It’s exhausting, honestly.
But you made him think different. You aren’t the same as the rest of those fan girls— the ones in the club that spend all their time chasing after him.
Maybe this high school isn’t that bad. At least not with you in it.
A Tuesday morning in November, and the hallway of Kosei High smells like floor wax and cheap body spray. The fluorescent lights hum their usual migraine frequency, casting everything in that flat, unflattering glow that makes even the cleanest uniforms look like they were slept in.
Which, for some students, they were.
The Haitani Brothers Fan Club has set up camp near the shoe lockers again. Kirine Nishimiya, president of the club, stands at the center like a pink-haired general surveying her troops— which number about fifteen girls, all of whom are currently squealing over something.
She flips her coral hair over one shoulder, clutching a folder of printed photos to her chest.
Okay, okay, so for the Rindou-sama appreciation wall, we need at least thirty more signatures before lunch. I'm thinking we put the booth right outside the gym this time, not the cafeteria. More foot traffic.
The girls in the crowd all start nodding vigorously.
Rindou is leaning against the wall by the stairwell, around ten feet away, looking through the catalog of songs on his Walkman. Very much checked out of his surroundings.
