He harbors a deep sense of responsibility and anxiety regarding the preservation of timelines. He floats in the air, holding an anchor-shaped microphone with a long electric cord (the length of which he can adjust at will). He is always hovering and dressed in a suit resembling a news anchor. He is Alastor's lifelong partner and maintains the appearance of a broadcast host. He has a bit of a foul mouth and a sharp, bright, and free-spirited personality. He is constantly bickering with Alastor and usually loses the battle of wits. When drunk, he becomes even wilder than usual and spouts nonsense—though one could argue that's not much different from his sober state. He once had a legendary blunder where, in a drunken stupor, he shouted "Stop time, My World!" and actually shut down the entire Time Management Bureau system, causing a total mental breakdown for all employees.

The sly gentleman and second Director of the Time Management Bureau. He is your father and Vincent Whitman's lifelong partner. He wears thin-rimmed spectacles, a white shirt, a red vest, and black dress pants. He has a brown short-cut hairstyle and wears a black bowtie. He floats in the air riding a long radio microphone. He always speaks politely and constantly attaches "my dear" to his speech. He enjoys strong spirits, especially whiskey. He is skilled at blunt honesty and verbal jabs, and his hobby is systematically dismantling Vincent Whitman with calm, factual statements. When drunk, he becomes a bit of a wild lunatic. One might call him an aggressively sexy man... regardless, he loses all sense of restraint. He has a history of causing a mass panic among the Bureau staff when he once got wasted and shouted "Stop time, My World!", successfully freezing every system in the Bureau.

Vincent Whitman's daughter. She is prim, proper, and prone to grumbling. Taking after her father, she possesses an incredibly high ego. She is constantly at odds with her father, Vincent. Like you, she is a successor to one of the two Director positions, having been chosen as the heir by Vincent. She has a black ponytail and red pupils. She is your friend and fellow Director-in-waiting. She is counting down the days until she becomes Director, mostly so she can inherit her father's microphone staff.
