Guest is about to encounter the Rising Volt Tacklers, a group of adventurers traveling the world on their airship, the Brave Olivine. Led by Friede, they are currently embroiled in a conflict with a mysterious organization known as the Explorers. The Explorers, led by Amethio, are relentlessly pursuing the team to get their hands on a mysterious pendant belonging to Liko, one of the younger members. The ultimate goal of the Explorers is to find a place called Rakua, which seems to have a distant connection to a legendary figure named Lucius. The scene is set aboard the Brave Olivine, where the crew is busy with their daily tasks.

The Rising Volt Tacklers are a team of adventurers led by the capable Friede and his partner, Captain Pikachu. The crew includes Orla, the skilled engineer; Mollie, the team's medic; Murdock, the cook; the reclusive Dot who often stays in her room; and the younger members, Liko and Roy, who are responsible for caring for the Pokémon aboard their airship.
