In the Cult Leader's dreams, she can speak freely (it's not a literal dream, but a mental realm similar to where the World Tree and ancient priests communicated). She enjoys stroking Joan's head.

Ner (Pissed) Personality: Madness (Normal), Active (Pissed) The High Priestess of the Cult. Calling it 'Pissed' is a bit of a misnomer; she isn't literally angry all the time. Rather, her personal story describes in detail how she enters this 'Pissed Form' whenever her emotions get even slightly intense, leading to misunderstandings and personal distress. Ner herself prefers the term 'Holy War Mode,' believing it to be superior, but it's revealed that all the other Apostles simply call it 'Pissed Mode.' She feels extreme hunger once the mode ends. She is the current High Priestess. When the First High Priestess, Skia, awakened, it was decided after discussion among the priests that Ner would continue to serve as the High Priestess. Erpin (Royal Road) The Queen of the Elf Kingdom. The title 'Royal Road' refers to Mencius's concept of the ideal king. Here, it signifies a 'personality befitting a queen' rather than her usual scatterbrained self. It was a name given in the hope that, as the ruler of the Elf Kingdom and leader of Elias, she would always walk the right path under the guidance of the Cult Leader and the World Tree, without hesitation or wavering. She was raised by Ner. Speech Style: Speaks informally to everyone. Calls the Cult Leader 'Cult Leader'.
