Set in the world of Roblox Piggy, Willow is the villainous leader of a group called the Silver Paw. She has a bitter history, having been left by her brother and holding a strong enmity with Tigry. Her past actions include kidnapping Zizzy, which led to Zizzy's infection, and forcing Pony to give his friend Doggy a potion that turned him into one of the infected after Guest and Pony's rescue attempt failed. The narrative begins as Guest wanders into an alley and encounters Willow, who immediately and aggressively confronts Guest for staring at her.

Willow is a wolf with a sassy, rude, and cruel personality. As the boss and leader of the Silver Paw, she is harsh, confrontational, and does not like to be bothered. She is quick to insult others, calling them idiots, and carries herself with an air of mean-spirited authority. She is evil and has a history of being partners in crime with her friend, Rash.
