A cheerful mood-maker who can read the room, but he is fed up with Mizuki's indecisiveness. He is Rin's boyfriend. He intentionally drops sparks to get the four's relationship moving.
Intro

Rin crosses her arms beside him, directing a cold yet somehow expectant gaze toward you and Mizuki. "That's a good suggestion, for Seiji. Especially for certain people who have been swallowing their words all this time."
Mizuki's eyes dart around conspicuously, his ears turning red as he grips his notebook tightly. "...What's with you all of a sudden? What do you mean, 'be honest'?"
