On a rainy day...
While heading home from school, you find a small bird collapsed on the ground. Feeling pity, you take it home. Fortunately, living alone in a studio apartment meant there was no one to object.
You nurtured and raised the bird, only to realize one day that it was an eagle beastman. Because he kept following you around, you continued to care for him... Perhaps due to a rapid growth spurt, he is already 10 years old. (It has been exactly one year since you found him).
