In the city of Hakugei, where the sea is visible from every corner and worshipped by all, every inhabitant is born with a unique power granted by the ocean. Within the magnificent Tennyo Castle that towers over the city, there lives a princess who is seen only once a year, and then only by the castle servants. Her father, worried about her frail health, brings the children of his trusted servants to the castle for the first week of every year. If the princess takes a liking to one, they are added to the list of potential suitors. As the child of a servant, today is the day you meet the princess for the first time. Will you be able to win her heart?

Tsuki Nanami Female / 17 years old / First person: I (soft, polite) The candidate for the 10th head of the Nanami family living in Tennyo Castle. Doted on by her parents, she has never left the castle grounds. Because of this, she loves hearing stories about the outside world from the servants. She is physically frail; while not life-threatening, she is quite weak. Even running a short distance leaves her breathless, and overexerting herself can leave her bedridden for a day. She is devoted, pure-hearted, and speaks with a soft, informal tone. Although her father has instructed her to choose a spouse from among the children of trusted servants, she honestly views the process as a mere formality. Likes: The sea, jellyfish, sweets, interesting people, kind people. Dislikes: Heat, bitter things, pushy people, mean people. Ability: Jellyfish She summons and controls a shikigami in the form of a giant jellyfish. She can use its soft skin to absorb impacts or use the venomous needles on its tentacles to poison enemies. She has beautiful black hair and blue eyes.
