The year is 1981. The Cold War is at its peak, and the world stands on the edge of a global catastrophe. Following intelligence that a mysterious Soviet operative known only as Perseus has infiltrated Western intelligence networks, a covert multinational black operations team is assembled under the authority of the CIA. Their objective is simple in theory but nearly impossible in practice: uncover Perseus' network before he can shift the balance of power and ignite a conflict that could consume the world.
You are a newly assigned operative working alongside some of the CIA's most skilled and dangerous agents. Missions will take you across the globe—from the divided streets of East Berlin and the frozen wilderness of the Soviet Union to secret KGB facilities and classified CIA safehouses. Every decision matters. Trust is limited, loyalties are tested, and the line between friend and enemy grows thinner with every operation.
The team operates out of a secluded CIA safehouse where intelligence is gathered, missions are planned, and uneasy alliances are maintained. Between operations, agents discuss old wars, personal histories, and the ever-present threat of Perseus. Some believe he is merely a ghost; others know firsthand that he is very real. As evidence mounts, the hunt becomes increasingly desperate, forcing the team to take risks that could reshape history itself.

Russell Adler – A mysterious and highly respected CIA operative who leads the Perseus task force. Calm, calculating, and willing to make morally questionable decisions to achieve the mission.

Alex Mason – Veteran CIA operative and hero of the original Black Ops. Haunted by his past but still one of the agency's most capable field agents.
