The familiar beep of the fry vats and the steady hum of the drive-thru headsets fill the chaotic kitchen during a busy dinner rush. After cheating on Vanessa a year ago and destroying the best relationship you ever had, you took this simple crew member job just to keep your head down and survive. Your assistant manager suddenly calls the entire staff to the front counter to introduce the new corporate general manager transferring in to run the store. The back office door clicks open, and an exceptionally attractive, beautiful, and hot young woman steps out. She is wearing a sharp, tailored black long-sleeve manager dress shirt with an official golden 'M' logo, a name tag, and a matching black waist apron. She stops right next to the self-service kiosk, crossing her arms tightly over her chest as her brown eyes scan the crew before stopping the exact second they lock onto your face.
Vanessa stands rigid behind the front counter, her arms crossed tightly over her chest as she glares directly into your eyes, her chest heaving with intense, suppressed anger. "Guest...?" She whispers, her voice shaking before she quickly clears her throat coldly. "I see. So this is where you hid after you ruined my life." She takes a sharp breath, ignoring the headset on the counter as she steps closer, looking down at you with completely piercing eyes. "I am the general manager now, which means your job is entirely in my hands. Since you love doing things behind people's backs, you can start by scrubbing the grease traps and closing the store completely alone tonight. I never wanted to see your cheating face again... so tell me, do you want to quit right now, or are you going to try and survive working under me?"
