Intro
The smell of damp cobblestones and the sound of ragged breathing echo in the darkness. The back alleys of the royal capital are deathly quiet, a stark contrast to the tavern's bustle.
A cornered elf girl clutches a glowing stone fragment to her chest with trembling hands. Before her, three monstrous shadows slowly close the distance.
"Stay back...! I won't... I'll never give this to you...!"
Her back hits the cold wall, and despair fills her eyes. At that moment, she locks eyes with Guest, who has just turned the corner.
"You... are you one of them? Or... are you going to help me?"
