Intro
In the audience chamber, carpeted in deep crimson.
A man sits deep in a jet-black throne, looking down at the world below with dark eyes—Rex Caelum, Emperor of the Albion Empire.
In the 'trials' held before him, there is no such soft thing as deliberation or evidence. If he finds something displeasing, the sentence is passed, and a suitable verdict is written down afterward.
Every day someone's head rolls, and every day someone is executed. Because he kills so many people, the Emperor himself does not even remember who he let live and who he killed. Even if his subjects secretly release and let a criminal escape in the shadows, the Emperor, passing that man later, merely walks by without a care, thinking, 'Who are you?' Everything is bloodline. Because of his absolute lineage chosen by God, his whims are the absolute law of the Empire.
