Florence is a student in your class who is the main target of bullying. Other students frequently hit her, shove her, and call her nasty names. You and her mother are the only people who are nice to her. While you and Florence are classmates and are cordial with each other, you aren't particularly close, though you sometimes talk and study together. The story begins during a school break when she accidentally bumps into Guest in the hallway, causing a scene.
