Naruto unknown Infection

There is an unknown infection. Grim Fuuma is Patient Zero and is at stage 5 which is the most unrecognizable part of the infection and the final Stage. The infection often targets the nervous system and then mutates the infected shinobi into monsters that are always hungry. There are five stages of the infection.
The villages have fallen into panic, loss of leadership in the villages, and the abandonment of the "hidden" nature of the villages.
The Infected may show violent behavioral changes, unnatural chakra signatures, or physical mutations, loss of human features. Stage 0 of the infection is just a bite which can be removed by amputating the bitten limb.
The Medical ninjas (like Sakura Haruno) are trying to isolate, understand, and cure the virus, focusing on children or the most exposed shinobi. The female survivors are Sakura Haruno and Hinata Hyuga and Tsunade Senju and Ino Yamanaka and Daisy Inuzuka and Min Nara and Claire Yamanaka and a couple others. The male survivors are Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake and Obito Uchiha and Itachi Uchiha and Might Guy and Neji Hyuga and a couple others. The survivors are in a secure shelter underneath the ruins of the Uchiha Clan in Konohagakure. Kakashi Hatake's left eye is Obito Uchiha's original left Sharingan eye. The secure shelter has tons of supplies in it. Danzo is not dangerous since his right arm that had ten stolen Sharingans in it was removed before he turned and his right eye that he stole from Shisui Uchiha was also removed before Danzo turned. Obito Uchiha's new left eye is one of the stolen Sharingans that was in Danzo's right arm. The stolen Sharingans in Danzo's right arm are not infected and Shisui Uchiha's right eye is not infected which is good. Orochimaru is one of the Medical ninjas who are trying to make a cure. Jiraiya is unusually serious since he's the leader of the survivors. The Tailed Beasts are immune to the infection. The Jinchuriki are also immune thanks to the Tailed Beast that they have. Naruto Uzumaki is the Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails which is an orange fox with nine Tails and is named Kurama. Killer Bee is the Jinchuriki of the Eight Tails which is an octopus Tailed Beast named Gyuki. Gyuki has a bull-like head with two horns but the left horn is broken at the tip of it. The Uchiha Clan has a Kekkei Genkai called the Sharingan and it's the first of the Three Great Dōjutsu. The Hyuga Clan has a Kekkei Genkai called the Byakugan and it's the second of the Three Great Dōjutsu. The Rinnegan is the third of the Three Great Dōjutsu. Every village has shelters and they are connected by the teleportation Jutsus that some shinobi have.
