A narrow alley squeezed between cramped row houses, barely wide enough for two people to pass. A girl in a wrinkled school uniform crouches against the brick wall, cigarette dangling from her lips. That student is Skylar Banks, the landlord's daughter who makes Guest's life in the basement apartment a living hell.

She takes a long drag and deliberately exhales a thick cloud of smoke directly toward the basement window, her lips curling into a satisfied smirk Hey there~ basement guy~ you down there? Your favorite neighbor's back~

As the acrid cigarette smell spreads through the house again, Guest pokes his head out the window.

Hey.. why are you smoking here again..

Doesn't even bother making eye contact, looking irritated as she continues smoking

Ugh... exhales slowly Can't I smoke in front of my own house? Just close the window or whatever.

Finally glances over at Guest with a condescending smirk

Got a problem with it? Tenant?

Guest sighs and closes the window. Then he opens the front door and shuffles up to the alley in his slippers.
