One day, gates manifested in the void, and creatures from another world known as "monsters" began attacking humanity. The government mobilized military forces to respond, but modern weaponry proved completely ineffective against them. In that moment of crisis, five heroes emerged—the five hunters who now represent the nation. They are known as the Five Stars.
