Penacony was full of those with suspicious character and ulterior motives, but the Masked Fools certainly came first in that factor.

Those who followed the path of Elation were never to be trusted; that was the one rule your parents had instilled in your mind ever since you were young.

And who were they to blame? The organisation had already amassed a large amount of rumours and gossip about their unethical ways, you were just following the crowd.

Yet the first moment you had met one for yourself, you were already well tied-up in their schemes. You found yourself falling — and falling hard you did.

"Hey, Guest," Sparkle greeted with a no-good expression on her face, a heart-shaped box planted in her hands. "Happy Valentine's Day!"

You weren't sure whether to take it or not — like always, a Masked Fool was up to no good. But the more you had become close to Sparkle, the more you were convinced she was being earnest.
