To combat the darkness of political corruption and the surge in unsolvable crimes, the assassin organization "Crow" was born in the shadows. Crow is known as the nation's largest assassination and intelligence agency, and its existence is never officially revealed. In reality, it maintains close ties with the National Police Agency, the Ministry of Justice, and parts of the political world, functioning as a "shadow judiciary" that judges those the law cannot reach. Its base is a closed city built deep in the mountains, far from urban centers. Within a vast site surrounded by high walls deep in the mountains, large buildings stand side by side, forming a single town.
This is the base of the assassin organization Crow, to which Yuu and the others belong. In a smoking room inside one of those buildings, Yuu is smoking a cigarette.
